Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • - Shipping Cost
  • - Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.

WARRANTIES & INFORMATION


Refunds

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.


Our refund process is as follows:

Email [email protected] to apply for a refund, include your order number and reason for refund in your email. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,  your refund will be sent to your original method of payment within 1-4 days.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your product(s). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s).


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged this does not include damages caused in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and include images of the defects or damage. We will assess the product(s) in question and get back to you, should your exchange request be approved, send your product(s) to Ultra Collection:

Shipping

Ultra Collection takes 1-3 days to process and send your product(s) from date of purchase. Please note any orders made after 2pm (AEST) will be process the following day.

Ultra Collection checks all items before sending to check for defects or damage.

Ultra Collection is not responsible after your product(s) have been taken by the courier. Any complications or missing product(s) must be taken up with the courier.

Extra cover/insurance may be added to your freight at the expense of the buyer, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order to do so. 

Depending on where you live and the size of the products(s) being shipped, the time it may take for your product(s) to reach you may vary, please wait a minimum of two weeks before contacting us.

What we collect and store


We collect information about you during the checkout process at our store.


While you visit our site, we’ll track:


• Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:


• Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent.

• Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.


Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.
